{"id":34739,"date":"2023-12-19T23:12:21","date_gmt":"2023-12-20T02:12:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hml2.stract.to\/suporte\/how-to-set-up-webhooks-in-rd-station\/"},"modified":"2023-12-19T23:12:21","modified_gmt":"2023-12-20T02:12:21","slug":"how-to-set-up-webhooks-in-rd-station","status":"publish","type":"suporte","link":"https:\/\/www.hml2.stract.to\/en\/support\/how-to-set-up-webhooks-in-rd-station\/","title":{"rendered":"How to set up Webhooks in RD Station"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This setting allows you to send lead data from RD Station to other tools that have a data input URL. <strong>This URL must be able to read and consume data sent in JSON format<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Comments and requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Have the URL of the other system, which will receive data in JSON format;<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/hml2.stract.to\/blog\/suporte\/como-configurar-webhooks-na-stract\/\">See how to generate the webook URL in Stract.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>In the case of custom URLs, it&#8217;s important to have a developer or contact the support team of your other system to check compatibility with the data package that RD Station sends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Step-by-step integration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>In RD Station, click on your account name (top right) and select <a href=\"https:\/\/app.rdstation.com.br\/integracoes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Integrations<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>Under <strong>Webhooks<\/strong>, click on <a href=\"https:\/\/app.rdstation.com.br\/integracoes\/webhooks\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Configure<\/a>. On the next screen, click <strong>Create Webhook<\/strong>. You will see a new screen with some fields to fill in:\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Name:<\/strong> define a name for your integration. Ideally, create a name that identifies which tool this information is being sent to. Example: <strong>Send to CRM X<\/strong>;  <\/li>\n<li><strong>URL:<\/strong> paste the <strong>URL of the tool that will receive the data<\/strong> from RD Station Marketing with the lead&#8217;s information;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Trigger:<\/strong> choose the trigger that will send the notification:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Conversion: <\/strong>sends leads that have made a conversion in RD Station Marketing. <strong>You can select which conversions these will be<\/strong><strong>or leave them blank.<\/strong> In this case, <strong>every lead that makes a conversion will be sent<\/strong>.<br \/>\nIf the conversions are made on an RD Station Marketing Landing Page, Form or Pop-up, the identifier will be the title of the page\/name of the element created; if it is integrated (integrated forms, API, etc.), they can be identified by the conversion identifier;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Opportunity: <\/strong>sends leads marked as <strong>Opportunity<\/strong> (little star). Example: send the lead from RD Station Marketing to the tool <strong>only<\/strong> when it is marked as an opportunity manually or by an automation flow. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>By clicking on the <strong>Save Webhook<\/strong> button, you will be redirected to the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.rdstation.com.br\/integracoes\/webhooks\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">configured Webhooks<\/a> screen<strong>.<\/strong> Here you can check that the integration with the webhook has worked. To do this, click on the <strong>Check<\/strong> button; <\/li>\n<li>If the integration is working correctly, you will receive a positive response. If not, you will receive an error message indicating what to do next. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"rd-message rd-message-danger\"><strong>Please note: <\/strong>Conversions generated by importing or manually entering leads do not activate the webhook.
